WEIGHT LOSS AND EMOTIONAL EATING
I started 2010 at over 101KG and through an intense exercise routine Imanaged to get to 96KG by around Maybut I then plateaued and could not lose any more weight. I was alsoexperiencing some other stressful situations at around that time. I had my firstsession with Jaz in June and as I type this testimonialnow in September I am 87KG. I have lost close to 10KG in the space of 3 monthsand this is due, in no small part, to Jaz and EFT. I am continuing to loseweight and am confident I will hit my target weight of 80KG before the end ofthe year.

Jaz is 100% a people person and is an expert on the subject of emotions.Through our weekly sessions, she put me in touch with my emotions and made meaware of some of the limiting beliefs I had formed around eating and weightloss.
